1.1 This Game Plan (hereinafter referred to as "HP") is issued by the trading company DOXXbet & K-BET, s.r.o, No.: 46 831 878, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Žilina, Section Sro, Insert No. 57349/L (hereinafter referred to as "DOXXbet") as a gambling operator pursuant to the relevant provisions of Act No. 30/2019 Coll. on Gambling Games and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Gambling Act"), and on the basis of the individual licence No.: 000072/2019.

1.2 This HP is approved by the Gambling Regulatory Authority ("GRA"). DOXXbet may, subject to the prior approval of the Gambling Office, issue any changes to this HP.

1.3 The HP contains the rules of the Internet games in the Internet Casino (terms and conditions of the games, types of games specified in this HP, deposit amounts, the possibility of obtaining and the method of determining the prize, its amount, etc.), the rules and method of payment and acceptance of deposits, the possibility of returning the deposit, the rules, time limits and method of payment of the prize and other details according to the Gambling Act.

2.1. "DOXXbet" is the company DOXXbet & K-BET, s.r.o., with registered office at Kálov 356, 010 01 Žilina, ID No.: 46 831 878, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Žilina, Section Sro, Insert No. 57349/L, which is a gambling operator, provides services and operates internet games listed on the website www.doxxbet.sk.

2.2. "HP" means this DOXXbet game plan.

2.3. "AML" means Act No. 297/2008 Coll. on the Protection against the Legalization of Proceeds of Crime and on the Protection against the Financing of Terrorism and on the Amendment and Supplementation of Certain Acts, as amended.

2.4 "Gamble" means a game in which a player can win a prize after making a deposit and placing a bet if he/she fulfils predefined conditions. The outcome of a game of chance depends wholly or partly on chance or on the outcome of some previously unknown circumstance or event. The outcome of the circumstance or event that determines the outcome of the gambling game is not known to anyone in advance and must not be influenced by anyone and must not be contrary to the rules of the gambling game.

2.5. "Internet game" means a gambling game pursuant to Section 30 of the Gambling Act, where the player connects via the Internet to the server of the supplier of games for DOXXbet on which the gaming systems through which the gambling game is operated are software hosted, while the players play against this gaming system.

2.6. "Account Holder", "Player" means a natural person who meets the conditions for participation in gambling under the HP and the Gambling Act, has a contractual relationship with DOXXbet and is registered on the DOXXbet website.

2.7 "Player Account" means a personal account opened by a Player and maintained by DOXXbet so that the Player can participate in the Online Game. The account records all monetary transactions of the Player and the details of the Player's participation in the Internet Games.

2.8 "Regulatory Authority" means the governmental authority in the field of gambling, which is the Office of the Gambling Regulator.

2.9 "RVO" means the Register of Excluded Persons.

2.10. "Supervisor" means the designated employee of the Authority as the Regulator who carries out supervision on behalf of the Authority.

2.11. 'Internet Gaming System' means technical and software means constructed as a set of interconnected modules enabling the operation of gambling.

2.12. "Online Applications" means the applications available at www.doxxbet.sk through which the Player participates in the Online Game.

2.13. "Username (Login)"or "email address and password" are the login credentials required to successfully log in to a player's account.

2.14. "Bet" means a player-specified value that will be compared to the value determining the outcome of the online game.

2.15. "Prize" means the result of a successful bet and represents the amount to which the player is entitled to be paid.

2.16. "Paid Winnings" means the winnings by which the Player's Player Account is increased in the event of a successful bet or paid to the Player in accordance with the procedure set out in the HP Terms and Conditions.

2.17. "Relative" means a spouse, parent, child or sibling.

3.1 The provisions of this HP, including amendments thereto, shall be binding on:

(a) DOXXbet,

(b) natural persons who request to participate in the game under HP,

3.2 The HP governs in particular the contractual relationship between DOXXbet and the Player.

3.3 Only a natural person who meets the conditions for participation in the game within the meaning of the Gambling Act and who complies with the registration and general terms and conditions published on the DOXXbet website may be a player.

3.4 The use of the Site by the Player, as well as the information, materials and links on the Site, may only be made in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this HP, which constitute the entire agreement between the Player and DOXXbet regarding the use of the Site, governing their mutual rights and obligations.

3.5 The HP becomes valid and binding for the player as soon as the player registers his/her player account with DOXXbet.

3.6 One of the conditions of registration is that the Player has read this HP and subsequently confirms that he agrees to the HP, that he understands it and that he considers the rules set out in it binding. If the above confirmation of the player proves to be false, in the event of a dispute, the player's failure to read the HP cannot be taken into account. Ignorance of the HP and subjective interpretation of it does not invalidate the player's bet.

3.7 Interpretation of this Game Plan shall be made by DOXXbet in cooperation with the OHIM and such interpretation shall be binding on the players. A registered player may contact DOXXbet at any time with a request for an interpretation of the HP.

3.8 The HP is a public document and DOXXbet shall make it available to the public without delay in written form at DOXXbet's registered office, on DOXXbet's website or in any other appropriate form.

Register

4.1 In order to play on the site, a player must have created a player account. A player creates a player account by completing the online registration form on the Site, choosing a username and password, providing a contact email address and completing the registration requirements. A link is then sent to the player's registered email address to activate the player account.

4.2 Registration is prohibited for persons under the age of 18 and persons who are registered with the RVO under the Gambling Act. For this purpose, DOXXbet will check the potential registration of the person creating a player account in the RVO. DOXXbet reserves the right not to register persons who have applied for player registration and do not meet the conditions for registration in accordance with the Gambling Act. Only a person who will use a funds source held in his/her name for payments is allowed to open and create a player account with DOXXbet.

Protection of login data

4.3 The player is obliged to keep the details such as username and password confidential. DOXXbet is in no way responsible for any third party access to the Player's account and shall not be liable for any losses caused by misuse of the Player's password by a third party, unauthorised access and/or for any transactions where the Player's username and password have been entered correctly. Provided that the requested player account information has been correctly received by DOXXbet, DOXXbet is entitled to assume that orders, payments and instructions are executed by the player. DOXXbet shall not be liable in any way if a player forgets or loses his password.

List of player accounts

4.4 DOXXbet does not set up credit player accounts. In the event of an incorrect evaluation and the player's account becomes negative, the player is obliged to deposit money into the player's account in order to bring the balance to at least a zero balance within 30 days at the latest.

4.5 Each player is allowed to create only one player account and only in his own name. Multiple player accounts are prohibited. DOXXbet has the right to cancel the player account and all related transactions of any player who has registered more than one player account in his/her own name or in the names of third parties. DOXXbet is entitled to block a player account and/or the payment of winnings if any evidence of multiple player accounts is found.

4.6 The Player shall create a Player Account by completing the registration form published on the DOXXbet website, which shall include a valid e-mail address of the Player, and providing DOXXbet with the following documents:

(a) documents to prove age and identity (proof of age and identity is shown by a copy of an identity document such as an identity card, passport or residence permit and a copy of another document such as another identity document, possibly a driving licence, insurance card)

(b) a document confirming that the payment source used for deposits and withdrawals belongs to the person creating the player account (e.g. bank statement)

(c) proof of the permanent residential address of the person creating the player account (such as a bank statement, internet bill, electricity bill, etc.)

4.7 A player account will be created once registration is complete.

4.8 DOXXbet does not allow the creation of an anonymous player account or a player account with a fictitious name.

4.9 If DOXXbet discovers that a person creating a player account has provided it with false information, DOXXbet will not register such person and will immediately cancel his/her registration if he/she has already been registered.

4.10. The Player is obliged to ensure that the details provided in the registration form, in particular the address, telephone number, payment/banking details and e-mail address, are kept up to date at all times.

Player's right and obligation

4.11. The Player understands that DOXXbet is not in a position to provide any legal advice or warranties to the Player and that it is the sole duty and responsibility of the Player to ensure at all times that he/she is in compliance with applicable laws and that he/she is eligible to play the Games. Any participation in the Games is solely his choice, decision and risk. By playing the Games, he/she acknowledges that he/she does not find the Games or the Services to be in any way derogatory, inconvenient, unfair or indecent.

4.12. All actions performed by the Player when using the Player Account and other DOXXbet software must be performed by the Player personally via the user interface available through the use of the software. The use of artificial intelligence, such as "bots", is strictly prohibited. Any action by a player that gives him/her an advantage over other players, as a result of conduct that can generally be considered unfair, is strictly forbidden.

4.13. Employees and their relatives are not allowed to participate in the online game operated by DOXXbet at www.doxxbet.sk. An individual authorised to accept bets or deposits may never participate as a player in a game of chance in which he/she accepts bets or deposits.

Abuse of player account

4.14. The deposited funds must be used to place bets and DOXXbet reserves the right to stop a player's withdrawal request if the player does not meet this condition or in order to verify the player. Any suspicious activity on a player's account may lead DOXXbet to report the account holder to the HRA and law enforcement authorities and to block the player's account and its possible balance.

4.15. In the event of misuse of a player's account, DOXXbet reserves the right to cancel or block the player's account until the matter is finally resolved.

Cancellation of player account

4.16. Each player is entitled to request cancellation of his/her player account and terminate the contractual relationship with DOXXbet at any time as set out in this HP by sending an email to DOXXbet at the following address: info@doxxbet.sk. DOXXbet will cancel the Player's Player Account upon the Player's request within 10 days from the date of the request and will inform the Player of the cancellation. The player account holder is responsible for the movements in the player account until DOXXbet cancels it.

4.17. DOXXbet reserves the right to cancel a player's account at any time if the continued existence of the player's account is in breach of the Gambling Act. DOXXbet will inform the player of the commencement of the cancellation process. DOXXbet shall have the same right if it registers a claim against the player and the player fails to pay the claim within the time limit set by DOXXbet upon DOXXbet's request.

4.18. DOXXbet is also entitled to initiate the process of cancellation of a player's account if the player has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive calendar months. Activity is always considered to be the player logging into the player account. DOXXbet will inform the player of the start of the cancellation process.

4.19. DOXXbet is entitled to set off its outstanding claims against the Player against the balance of funds in the Player's account before cancelling the Player's account. The Player agrees to the set-off in accordance with the preceding sentence by agreeing to this HP.

4.20. DOXXbet shall be entitled to restrict a player's access to the player's account at its sole discretion at any time,

(a) when a technical failure occurs;

(b) if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities,

(c) if he has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player has failed to comply with the HP,

(d) if the player behaves in an abusive, undignified or violent manner in communication with an employee of the operator,

(e) if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player has created a player account for the sole purpose of crediting a bonus or promotional offers,

(f) if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Player is acting in a manner that is detrimental to DOXXbet's reputation or business or that could result in legal liability for the Player, DOXXbet or third parties,

(g) in so far as it complies with the Gambling Act.

4.21. In the event of cancellation of a player's account, the player will be refunded the balance of funds less any fees associated with the refund of that balance in an amount dependent on the payment method used. Funds obtained by fraudulent means shall not be deemed to be a player's account balance within the meaning of the preceding sentence. These funds will be deducted from the player's account and will be returned to DOXXbet.

Player Payments

5.1 Funds may be received from a player in the following ways:

(a) Payment by Card (Credit Cards, Debit Cards)

(b) Payment by prepaid Paysafecard

(c) Bank and electronic bank transfer

(d) Internet Wallet (Skrill)

5.2 The funds sent to DOXXbet will be available in the player's account within 24 hours of receipt of payment. The 24 hours time period does not include the time it takes for the bank or other institution to process the transfer.

5.3 All payments to the Player Account must be made from a payment source that is held in the name of the Player Account holder.

5.4 Transferring money from one player account to another player account is prohibited.

5.5 DOXXbet has the right to verify the player's identity and transactions. If DOXXbet fails to verify the identity of the Player and his/her transaction, or if it suspects that the transaction may be related to an AML violation, DOXXbet shall not proceed with such transaction and shall have the right to initiate the process of cancellation of the Player's account in question and to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

5.6 DOXXbet has the right to request further information from the player if it deems it appropriate.

5.7 The Player acknowledges that DOXXbet is entitled to request proof of payments to his/her account at any time for any potential payments.

Credit/Debit Card

5.8 If the Player makes a payment by credit card, DOXXbet will provide a copy of both sides of the credit card used to make the transaction. Players may only use their own credit/debit cards on their own player account. Notwithstanding the above, if a player uses another person's credit/debit card, DOXXbet must provide proof of the authorisation to use the credit/debit card in question, including proof of identification of the cardholder. Even providing proof does not entitle the player to continue using another person's credit/debit card for subsequent deposits into the player's account.

Errors

5.9 If a malfunction occurs during the game and the online game is not displayed or is not completed, the game will be completed as follows:

(a) an online game that does not require player action to complete will automatically complete;

(b) an online game that requires player action to complete will resume and be completed the next time the player logs into his/her player account from the time the game was interrupted due to a malfunction. If the player does not complete the game within 3 months of the interruption, the bet will be returned to the player's account and the game will be terminated.

Limits

5.10. DOXXbet reserves the right to set a minimum and maximum amount of funds for deposits and withdrawals from a player's account, as well as the right to change this amount at its own discretion. Information on deposit and withdrawal limits is provided directly next to each payment method.

Currency

5.11. All payments to and from the Player Account will be paid in EURO currency.

Winnings

5.12. A player is entitled to win if he/she achieves a winning combination required under the rules of the respective online game to achieve a win.

5.13. At the end of each online game, the player is awarded the full prize. An exception to this may be a gambling game under the terms of a marketing campaign, where the player is only awarded the prize after a number of gambling games have been played, subject to certain conditions being met. These conditions as well as the prize award mechanism must be set out in the statute of the marketing campaign and made available to the player.

5.14. Winnings will be credited to the Player's account immediately upon confirmation of the fulfillment of the winnings claim within the time limit and in accordance with the procedure set out in this HP. DOXXbet is entitled to suspend the crediting of winnings to the player's account in the event of a reasonable suspicion of irregularity in the conduct of the online game and in the event of a reasonable suspicion of a breach of the AML for a period of time specified by the AML.

Request to withdraw from player account

5.15. The Player may request a withdrawal from his/her existing Player Account balance at any time, either in whole or in instalments, provided that all payments have been properly processed and the transfer of the deposit(s) has been confirmed by the bank/payment facilitator.

5.16. DOXXbet shall have the right to request documents to verify the identity and/or authorization to use a particular payment card and/or other information provided by the account holder before allowing the player to make a withdrawal. DOXXbet shall be entitled to protect its proprietary interests if the Player is indebted to DOXXbet and/or DOXXbet's contractual partners. DOXXbet shall take legal action to effectively collect debts against a player who has the status of a debtor in relation to DOXXbet or its contractual partners. DOXXbet has the right to unilaterally set off the available funds of the player against its claims, provided that the statutory conditions are met.

Selections

5.17. DOXXbet will only pay out funds to the name and address of the account holder recorded in DOXXbet's records. DOXXbet reserves the right to suspend a player's withdrawal request for a player whose identity, age, address and payment methods used are being verified.

5.18. A fee of 5% of the amount so withdrawn will be charged to the player for withdrawing the amount not used for online play at DOXXbet. The fee will be withdrawn from the requested amount and the amount will be sent less the amount of the fee.

5.19. DOXXbet undertakes to process the withdrawal request within five business days after verification of the player's identity and the payment methods used by the player. Deposits preceding the request must be duly cleared by the bank and credited to accounts belonging to DOXXbet. Any delay in the execution of the withdrawal in this case is due to the intermediary bank. All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks.

5.20. Withdrawals from the Player Account may only be addressed to the person to whom the Player Account is registered under the terms and conditions set out in this HP and on www.doxxbet.sk. Payments will be made, where possible, by the same payment method as the deposit. In the case of deposits by bank transfer, payment will be made by transfer to the bank account from which the deposits were made, except for the following points:

(a) In cases where the player deposits money by credit card, the player may have more than one bank account registered with DOXXbet. Upon receipt of such requests, DOXXbet will verify that the player is the owner of the registered account and for this purpose reserves the right to request all necessary documents, including a bank statement, in order to confirm that the bank accounts belong to a particular player. A player who has registered multiple bank accounts may request to withdraw funds by transferring them to any registered bank account verified by DOXXbet.

(b) In cases where the payment methods provided by DOXXbet do not offer the option of sending payments to the same bank account or the same payment method as the funds were received, the Player will notify DOXXbet of the bank account and withdrawals in such cases will be made by bank transfer to the bank account that has been notified by the Player and verified by DOXXbet.

Placing and receiving bets

6.1 DOXXbet will not allow a player to place a bet and will not accept a bet that exceeds the player's limit set in the self-limiting measure and, if the player has set a losing limit, will not allow the player to continue playing online from the moment the player exceeds the set losing limit.

6.2 Placed bets cannot be cancelled by the player. It is therefore in the player's own interest to check carefully that all details of the bet are in accordance with his intention. Later claims by the player are disregarded.

6.3 Each online game has its own rules set out in a separate section of this HP. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this HP and the rules for individual Internet Games, the rules of the individual Internet Games shall prevail.

7.1 A player can make a claim by emailing: info@doxxbet.sk. The Player is also obliged to confirm the claim by registered letter sent to DOXXbet & K-BET s.r.o., Kálov 356, 01001, Žilina. DOXXbet will endeavour to resolve the complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the postal delivery of the complaint. DOXXbet will notify the player in writing by post to the address provided by the player when submitting the complaint. The time limit for settling the complaint shall be deemed to have been observed if the information on the settlement of the complaint is sent to the player by post no later than on the last day of the time limit for settling the complaint.

7.2 A complaint may be filed no later than 14 days from the date of the occurrence of the event giving rise to the complaint.

7.3 The complaint must contain the player's name, surname and address for receiving documents, the player's account identifier (login or registration code), a brief description of the complained event, the data defining the bet or transaction (name of the online game, date, time, amount, transaction number).

7.4 Ignorance of the rules set out in this HP or subjective interpretation of them does not constitute a valid reason for making a claim and the fact that a player does not know the HP rules cannot be taken into account when deciding any disputes.

7.5 In the event of any disagreement regarding a bet on an online game, the decisive data will be stored in DOXXbet's database.

7.6 Complaints regarding payments must be supported by proof of payment. Without the provision of proper documentation, such claims will be deemed to be without merit.

7.7 DOXXbet is not obliged to deal with complaints regarding a player's complaint against another player for any reason. DOXXbet may, at the initiative of a player, take action against a person accused of wrongdoing or intent to violate the terms of this HP.

7.8 In case the Player does not agree with DOXXbet's handling of the complaint, he/she is entitled to proceed further in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic.

7.9 DOXXbet shall proceed with the complaint in accordance with the HP, the Gambling Act and other generally binding legislation of the Slovak Republic. In cases not covered by this HP, the decision of DOXXbet shall be binding on the player. The Player acknowledges that this does not extinguish the Player's right to claim his/her rights from the relevant institutions.

8.1 In addition to this HP, the Player shall at all times comply with the generally applicable laws and regulations that apply to his/her participation in the DOXXbet online game.

8.2 Under the AML, DOXXbet is an obliged person subject to AML-defined rights and obligations in the prevention and detection of money laundering and terrorist financing.

Security

8.3 DOXXbet reserves the right at any time to conduct verification to confirm the player's identity, age, registration details provided by the account holder, to verify how the account holder gambles and to verify the player's financial transactions for possible violations of this HP and the Gambling Act.

Responsibility

8.4 DOXXbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage that a player may incur due to: force majeure; power failure; commercial or labour dispute; acts or omissions of any governmental or governmental authorities; blockage or failure of telecommunication services; or other delays or failures caused by a third party or by any other cause beyond DOXXbet's reasonable control. In such event, DOXXbet reserves the right to cancel or suspend the provision of services without incurring any liability for such action (for cancellation and suspension of services).

8.5 The rights and obligations of DOXXbet and the players, which are not regulated in this Game Plan, are governed by the Gambling Act, the Act on Personal Data Protection, the Act on Legalization of Proceeds from Criminal Activity, the Civil Code and other generally binding legislation of the Slovak Republic.
